- Pool parties cost $200.00 for 3 hours. Parties may include up to 20 people and must include one adult for each 5 children.
- Scheduling:
- Monday – Thursday: Parties may be held from 1:00PM – 6:30PM.
- Friday: There are no parties allowed on Fridays.
- Saturday & Sunday: One party per day from 11AM – 2PM.
(Please note that Lodge rentals and activities have 1st priority use of the Upper Patio.)
- Parties are held on the Upper Patio, a semi-private space with permanent pop-up structures and tables. There are no parties or large gatherings allowed by the pool due to crowding issues.
- Food
and drinks:
- Partygoers may bring in their own commercially prepared food and cake.
- Nonalcoholic party beverages may be brought in, but consideration should be given to purchasing them from the Snack Shack which benefits the Lodge.
- Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the pool area from outside. It is against the Lodge’s ABC permit. Any alcoholic beverages that are found will be confiscated and will result in the individual being asked to leave the pool area immediately.
- Party serve ware – We’ve gone GREEN!
- Partygoers must use the reusable party kits provided by the Lodge. The kit contains 2 festive tablecloths, cups, plates, bowls, silverware, cloth napkins and a few serving utensils. A bus tub and laundry bag will be provided to place the items in after use and we will do the rest. A food scrap bin will also be provided.
- The site may be decorated, but balloons are not allowed. We do this for the sake of the environment.
- Partygoers will check in with the Gatekeepers and obtain wristbands that allow them access to the Upper Patio. Members attending the party must have wristbands as well.
- Adults must accompany party children when they go to the pool. All current Pool Rules apply. Party favors must not include items not allowed in the pool such as inflatables, balls, and pool toys.
- Parents picking up their children from a party must check in at the gate. They then have 15 minutes to leave the pool area.
