RV Park Rules

In consideration of being allowed to park my unit in the appropriate area designated by the lodge, I hereby agree to indemnify and save harmless Santa Cruz Lodge #824 from any and all claims and expenses arising out of my parking or use of the facilities. I further agree that no claim for damage to my property will be made against Santa Cruz Lodge #824 under any circumstances and that rights of subrogation for damage to my property are waived.

  1. RV unit sites are for RV parking only. (Tent camping is not permitted). All slide-outs and awnings must fit within the white lines of your site. All trash must be placed in a closed, secure bag to the rear or your site in the morning before 10:00 AM. You are responsible for keeping your site clean.
  2. Pool, shower and bathroom use is free for up to two guests during operating hours. Additional guests fee is $10.00 per day.
  3. Use of the sewage disposal dump is available at no charge. Access is guaranteed from 8a – noon.
  4. Do not park tow vehicles next to RV. Use the white parking spaces.
  5. Length of stay is limited to seven (7) nights with one extension of up to 7 more nights depending upon availability. Parking elsewhere on the Lodge premises for any period is not authorized unless requested and approved in advance.
  6. Quiet Time is observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No amplified music or other loud noise. Extinguish bright lights. During non-quiet times, please be respectful of your neighboring campers. Excessive drinking, noise and foul language will not be allowed. Generators are not allowed at any time. Do not keep engines running for more than 10 minutes.
  7. Alcoholic beverages may not be taken out of or into the Lodge or pool area.
  8. All Pets must be on leashes or otherwise restrained. All pet droppings must be picked up and properly disposed of.
  9. Electrical Load. Maximum electrical load is 50 amps.
  10. Santa Cruz Lodge #824 reserves the right to refuse service to anyone that does not comply with the rules of the lodge and is NOT responsible for accidents or injuries sustained on the premises nor damage to or loss of personal property. Conduct unbecoming of an Elk will be cause to revoke parking permission.
