Welcome to the Santa Cruz Elks Lodge! We were established in 1903 and are located in sunny Santa Cruz, California. Our Lodge features a large dining room and bar, along with a separate bar area, swimming pool, and gym. Various hours are posted on the right. Once completed, return to the Lodge office with a $100 processing fee. If you are already a member of another Lodge and wish to join the Santa Cruz Elks Lodge 824, you need to fill out this form: Request for Release and return it to the Lodge with a $25 processing fee.The process: Our Lodge meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month, and everything is predicated upon these two days. If your application is received before noon on the 4th Thursday, you will be initiated the following month. Once your application and fee are submitted, you will be required to attend an Investigation on the Wednesday prior to the 2nd Thursday. This meeting lasts about an hour. After that there is an Orientation at 7:00p on the Wednesday prior to the 4th Thursday, again this lasts about an hour and your sponsor and partner if any are encouraged to attend. Finally, Initiation is at 7:00p on the 4th Thursday. You and your sponsor are invited to a free steak dinner at 6:00p this night.
